A Small Community by Design
UBU is not defined by what it builds.
It begins with the land it belongs to.
Over time, we imagine approximately thirty homes carefully integrated into the landscape.
Privacy, space, and connection to nature are more important to us than density.
Rather than creating a crowded residential development, we hope to foster a community where people can enjoy solitude when they seek it and connection when they desire it.
Who Is UBU For?
We welcome people from all over the world who respect nature, value individuality, and want to shape a new chapter
of their lives.

THE LANDSCAPE OF GREEN TEA
QUIET
CULTIVATION.
Tea fields remain part of UBU's landscape.
— shaped not by efficiency, but by seasons, weather,
and quiet repetition. They remain woven into the hills,
moving gently with the contours of the land.

UBU is located in Oita, within easy reach of the region’s major destinations.
